These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.susanaboutique.com (the "Site") and any related services provided by Susana Boutique ("we," "us," or "our"). Product Descriptions

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are complete, accurate, current, or error-free. If a product offered on the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The prices displayed on the Site are final and non-negotiable.

Payments

  • By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order to the payment method. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Susana Boutique's aggregate liability for all claims related to the Site exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (U.S. $100.00) or the amount you paid Susana Boutique, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification

  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Susana Boutique and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from (a) your use of and access to the Site; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Site caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Site.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

  • These Terms and any dispute related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and the parties waive their right to a jury trial.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
