Return and Refund Policy

At Susana Boutique, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Return Rules Summary
- Returns accepted for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Customer provides return shipping.
- 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- No returns on final sale items.
2. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must have all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@susanaboutique.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Store Credit Only
- Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) minus a 10% restocking fee. This store credit can be used for future purchases at Susana Boutique.
- Store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.

4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@susanaboutique.com with your order number and details about the defect or damage.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit, as per your preference, at no additional cost.
